WASHINGTON - On May 25 at noon Eastern Time (ET), the United States Mint will accept orders for several Presidential $1 Coin product options honoring Grover Cleveland (first term).  The product options are:

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin ordering the 2012 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Set on May 21 at noon Eastern Time.  The set includes two folders, each containing 14 coins from the United States Mint facilities at Denver and Philadelphia, for a total of 28 coins. 

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The United States Mint (Mint) and Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) have launched a joint initiative to assist service members transitioning to civilian life by providing career counseling and information on job opportunities with the nation's manufacturers of currency and coin.

WASHINGTON - Collectors of Kennedy half-dollars may begin placing their orders for bags and rolls filled with 2012 coins beginning at noon Eastern Time (ET) on May 15.  The bags are priced at $139.95 each, and the two-roll sets are priced at $32.95 each. 

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The United States Mint and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) announced today that they will share a booth, #1036, at the American Numismatic Association's (ANA) National Money Show May 10-12, 2012, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. 
 
Treasurer of the United States Rosie Rios will participate in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the 2012 ANA National Money Show at 9:45 a.m. (MT) on May 10.  Treasurer Rios is also participating in a BEP intaglio print drawing at noon and signing currency at the United States Mint/BEP booth from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint today announced plans for the release of the new 2012 American Eagle San Francisco Two-Coin Silver Proof Set.  This historic set will contain one silver proof coin and one silver reverse proof coin, both bearing the "S" mint mark of the United States Mint at San Francisco.  The coins, struck in 99.9 percent silver, will be mounted in a custom blue lacquer presentation case accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin placing their orders for the 2012 United States Mint Proof Set on May 7, at noon Eastern Time (ET).  The set is priced at $31.95.

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint today announced the release dates for two new $1 coin product options.  Beginning April 30 at noon Eastern Time (ET), the bureau will accept orders for the 2012 Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coin 100-Coin Bags.  In addition, the bureau will offer the 2012 Native American $1 Coin 100-Coin Bags for sale on May 14 at noon ET.  Both product options are available with circulating quality coins that have never been released into circulation from either the United States Mint at Philadelphia or Denver.  

Nageezi, N.M. - United States Mint Deputy Director Richard A. Peterson and Chaco Culture National Historical Park Superintendent Barbara West today launched the quarter-dollar coin honoring Chaco Culture National Historical Park in New Mexico during the dedication ceremony for the site's new visitor center.  The coin's reverse (tails side) design illustrates a view to the west of two elevated kivas that are part of the Chetro Ketl Complex.  The design also shows the north wall of Chetro Ketl and the north wall of Chaco Canyon. 

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin placing their orders for the 2012 Presidential $1 Coin Uncirculated Set on May 1 at noon Eastern Time (ET).  The obverses (heads sides) of the coins in this year's set bear the dramatic portraits of Chester Arthur, Grover Cleveland - first and second terms - and Benjamin Harrison.

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint today announced the designs for the 2012 First Spouse Gold Coins.  The coins honor Alice Paul and the suffrage movement, Frances Cleveland (first term), Caroline Harrison and Frances Cleveland (second term). 

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint will open sales for collectible rolls of the 2012 Native American $1 Coin on April 26, at noon Eastern Time (ET).  The rolls, priced at $32.95 each, contain 25 circulating quality Native American $1 Coins from either the United States Mint facility at Philadelphia or Denver.  The coins are wrapped in distinctive packaging bearing the mintage year, the mint of origin, the dollar value of the contents and the United States Mint logo.

WASHINGTON - Sales for the 2012 United States Mint Presidential $1 Coin Proof Set will begin at noon Eastern Time (ET) on April 24 online at http://www.usmint.gov/catalog.  The set contains four proof quality Presidential $1 Coins with the bold portraits of Chester Arthur, Grover Cleveland - first and second terms - and Benjamin Harrison featured on their obverses (heads side).  The reverse (tails side) of each Presidential $1 Coin features a striking rendition of the Statue of Liberty. 

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for the 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters Uncirculated Coin Set on April 24, at noon Eastern Time (ET).  The 10-coin set contains uncirculated versions of the 2012 quarters in the America the Beautiful Quarters® Program honoring El Yunque National Forest (Puerto Rico), Chaco Culture National Historical Park (New Mexico), Acadia National Park (Maine), Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park (Hawaii) and Denali National Park and Preserve (Alaska). 

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin placing their orders for the 2012 American Eagle Gold Proof Coins starting at noon Eastern Time (ET) on April 19.  Available coin options and their mintages are as follows:                                                            

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for the 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters Three-Coin Set - Chaco Culture National Historical Park on April 17 at noon Eastern Time (ET).

WASHINGTON -The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for the 2012 American Eagle Silver Proof Coin at noon Eastern Time (ET) on April 12.  The coin, priced at $59.95, has no household order limit.  Customer demand will determine the number of coins minted. 

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC).  These appointments fill two vacancies created by the expiration of the appointment of Arthur Houghton, the member specially qualified because of his education, training or experience in numismatic curation; and the resignation of Doreen Bolger, a member representing the interests of the general public in the coinage of the United States.

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for collectible rolls of Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coins at noon Eastern Time (ET) on April 5, 2012.  Each roll contains 25 circulating quality coins -- wrapped in United States Mint coin paper depicting the design -- from either the United States Mint facility at Philadelphia or Denver.  The coin wrapping displays the mint of origin ("P" or "D") and "$25," the face value of its contents.  The Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coin Rolls are priced at $32.95 each. 

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin placing orders for the Chester Arthur $1 Coin Cover on April 9, 2012, at noon Eastern Time (ET).  The limited-edition coin cover includes two circulating quality 2012 Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coins from the first day of mintage- January 11, 2012, for the United States Mint at Philadelphia and December 22, 2011, for the United States Mint at Denver.  The coins are mounted on a handsome display card with a 45-cent postage stamp. 

WASHINGTON - The 12th coin in the United States Mint's America the Beautiful Quarters Program, honoring Chaco Culture National Historical Park in New Mexico, will enter into circulation on April 2.  At noon Eastern Time (ET) the same day, the United States Mint will begin accepting orders for collectible bags and rolls containing the new quarter.  The 100-coin bags are priced at $34.95, and the two-roll sets (40-coins per roll) are priced at $32.95. 

WASHINGTON - Today, the United States Mint announced four new numismatic product options for Presidential $1 Coins.  The four new options make the coins available to the public at affordable prices in varying quantities. 

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico - Treasurer of the United States Rosie Rios joined Resident Commissioner Pedro Pierluisi and Secretary of State Kenneth McClintock today at the El Portal Rain Forest Visitor Center in Puerto Rico to celebrate the release of the El Yunque National Forest quarter.  The coin's reverse (tails side) depicts a Coqui tree frog sitting on a leaf and a Puerto Rican parrot behind an epiphyte plant with tropical flora in the background.  The coin is the first to be released in 2012 and the 11th overall in the America the Beautiful Quarters^® Program. 

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint will open sales for the 2012 American Buffalo Gold Proof Coin on March 15 at noon Eastern Time (ET).  There are no mintage or household order limits for this product.

WASHINGTON - The United States Mint today announced the release of a keepsake coin set specially designed to mark the arrival of a newborn baby.  The 2012 United States Mint Birth Set - the first of its kind issued by the bureau - will be available for purchase on March 13 at noon Eastern Time (ET).
