Coin Show - Notes for March 2026

Mark your calendar and join us at the next show on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at our new location 1032 South Marietta Parkway, SE, Marietta, Georgia 30060.

The dealers will fill their displays with coins, currency, bullion and other collectibles.

Guests to the show are welcome to buy, sell, trade or just enjoy viewing the variety of numismatic and other collectibles in the dealers' displays.

People can also bring coins and currency to the show for a free verbal appraisal based on the current market values.

The show is open from 9am - 4pm, however arrive early for the most opportunities.

Should circumstances impact the show, check with this web site, the recorded show message (770-772-4359), or join our mailing list to receive up-to-date information about the next show.

Make a reminder note and visit the next Greater Atlanta Coin Show on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the IAM Union Hall to join the fun and view the items on the bourse.

The March 2026 Greater Atlanta Coin Show enjoyed being busy inside on an overcast day outside.

Welcome to everyone who visited the show whether new to the hobby, a returning collector or someone just interested in what a coin show provides.

Thank you to our guests, our dealers, our security and the Union Hall's staff. Your efforts help the show and are all appreciated.

Our dealers and our guests are enjoying the new, larger location. The space makes it easy to walk the aisles and view the treasures on display.

One of our security commented that the number of people enjoying the displays would not have fit into our old location. We're glad that it's easier for people to move about and enjoy the show.
This month we also welcomed a couple of ladies with a food business. They provided sandwiches, desserts and soft drinks for sale to the dealers and to the visitors.

People enjoyed and appreciated their services. They made it easier for people to attend the show and not have to drive away to obtain lunch.

Plus, they received rave reviews, especially about their purple sweet potato pie.

They do plan to be back at the April and future shows.

As has been the case in previous shows, people came looking for bullion metals, mostly gold and silver.
People also brought gold and silver items for appraisal. Some of those chose to sell their items.

If bought several years ago, they could double, triple or even 16-times their initial investment. (16-times is for those that have held their gold for a few decades.)

Someone brought a beautiful four-piece BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) gold set graded MS70 by PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service). That, of course, is an extraordinary set.

Some people brought US Mint Proof Sets to sell, both silver and clad sets. They even brought some of the rare 2025 sets. The US Mint did not produce large quantities of that year.

In summary, the March Greater Atlanta Coin Show was another busy and interesting gathering for buying, selling, trading or just browsing among the variety of collectibles.

Let's get ready for the next show in April.
